I can do them, it is just at this level I have to find much more detailed journals to back up the data instead of looking in a textbook or what not. But whatever, it happens.
I haven't worked on any real titles in a while.

well, my ribs...I pulled a muscle in my back around the rib area, and using the mouse exasperates it (I have had problems with my mouse shoulder in the past, now I have mouse back? )....so I am supposed to take it easy on the computer use and got some nice muscle relaxers..... will kinda enjoy feeling better while on them.
I think I could probably even write technical papers without much effort either, I helped edit my hubby's masters thesis-s....(he had 3 total)....(is there a plural for thesis????)
so unless we get really really technical I could probably get thru it.
well think my minimal computer time is almost over....

Bummer on the ribs cosy. Hope whatever they do to help you works.
I can write them fine, but the research gets real old real quick. So much to sift through, especially when the journals you have to use are 10-20 pages long. If you don't know where to look you are screwed. So much information.
Ohhh computer time, ouch. I have not had to have computer time for many years now. I can be on as long as I want.

yeah I have to limit the amount of time I use my mouse and computer (or I will be in pain until I learn to) ....pain and I are not really good friends (more like cousins who came to stay and you wish would leave)...so I am trying to follow my doc's treatment/advice
the meds make me sleepy and dizzy (conditions I already suffered from---) but the blurred vision, now that one is messing with me ---so operating heavy machinery and such

Pain is something I have for the most part learned to deal with. It is nothing new to me though it can make sleeping very difficult.
lol Stay away from the backhoe out there cosy. We know how you love to drive it around the highway!
One class down, one long class to go before working tonight. And somewhere in there I need to study still for my test Thursday. Is it the weekend yet?

Acupuncture always seemed to be dumb but once I learned more about it, it makes sense. That is pretty cool to think you can stick a needle in to a point and make it relieve pain.
Give me a break cosy lol It was early, I have ethology in my head and I'm tired. I think I get a pass on it.

It's cool, my gf is a bit of a grammar nazi as well so I'm used to it. Sometimes she reads over my shoulder when I am posting and corrects my grammar. Of course this morning she was still in her room sleeping so yup.
T-minus 52 minutes till my test. T-minus 2 hours and 52 minutes until it's the weekend!

I learned to spell really correctly because for two years one of my closest friend would look over my shoulder and tell me to correct every single spelling/grammar mistakes I would do in class. So now I make almost no mistakes when writing in french ^^.
I have less problems with english since I didn't go through a "text message spelling" phase with english, and I'm more than glad that I'm over that phase in french.
I rarely go see a doctor. Even if I don't feel well because they will usually tell me to rest and take 50 euros...I know my body well enough to know if I have something that requires doctor attention and that I can't let it heal "naturally".
Too late to say good luck, so I hope you test went well .
Oh and tonight being so lazy (again) that I cut the garlic while holding it in my hand. But this time I didn't get a single scratch .

It is a sad fact that people who learn English as a second language usually speak it better than us Americans. Not much we can do about it though since we develop our own dialects and ways to speak to each other. Therefore new words and phrases, that are not grammatically correct, work there way into grammar.
I don't see my doctor unless I have too, such as getting my allergy medicine renewed.
lol Test went all right I guess. I feel like I I knew most of them, just have to hope that they are phrased correctly for my professor. Oh well.
WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh I'm not saying it isn't tough. I have friends who wrestled and I know it is tough. Just kind of odd that they make you wear tight spandex and you are groping each other... Just sayin'
Not a terrible record. Around here 5-4 gets you into regionals lol

were?? wear please pwnd!
yes when english is taught as a 2nd language there is usually more emphasis placed on using it correctly, we (americans) tend to learn bad habits from peers or tv (when was the last time you heard 'to whom are you speaking?' instead of 'who are you speaking to'?
the first one being the correct usage)....and yes, language is evolving (even though some of us are fighting it tooth and nail....whom is dying since no one knows how to use it correctly anyways---)
yeah we are studying this in my class this semester.
I dont usually go to my gp since she rarely spends more than a few minutes with me (this time she was more worried about my blood pressure than the pain in my ribs!--and yes my bp was fine, I was just rather perturbed when it was taken the first time )
so I went to my acupuncturist who took a much more indepth history of my problem and did more tests than my gp (and costs a lot less to boot)...I only went to the gp because I wanted to make sure it wasnt something serious (like kidney stones or a broken bone).....
had a really nice nap when I got home from that appointment
and my ribs still hurt, though I feel better knowing that someone I went to took interest in my concerns.
ah well.....

Hehe I thought the same thing.
Well I didn't really learn english at school. My parents thought me and well movies and games in english helped me too. Also going to the USA at least once a year helps me know the english language on an everyday level (although some times, this isn't such a good thing... "I are great"...really ?)
It's nice having a doctor no threat you like someone with cash and actually take the time to really find what's wrong instead of going the easy way...A doctor once told me to take an advil...the day after I had surgery for appendicitis (went to see another doctor, because that kind of pain isn't something an advil can cure).

Gah, yesterday was quite a trying day, as evident from my grammar. Exhaustion does weird things to you lol
It's fun sometimes to purposely use bad grammar around my gf and her sister. Drives em nuts. Quite funny tbh.
I liked my previous doctor because that is how he treated me. He was actually the doctor who delivered me and wanted to find out what was wrong, not just give me a cure all and get my money. My doctor now tries to treat me that way but I don't see him enough to really have him know me. But he tries.
